At Carniti, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You have requested it within 72 hours of purchase.

  • The service was not delivered.

  • There was a billing error or duplicate transaction. 

  • Refund available on dissatisfaction for the service.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Refund will not be issued if there is no valid reason given for cancellation.

  • Services that have already been rendered.

  • Refund will not be generated after 72 hours have passed for the booking.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of your issue

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
